Sony is targeting the middle segment of the working class dual-core smartphone. Through L Xperia series, Sony packed this smartphone to replace the Xperia Miro and Xperia J who was already successful in the market.

Design

Dimension: 128.7 x 65 x 9.7mm, 137gram; full touchscreen; materialplastik; 3.5 mm audio port; volume rocker, power button / lock, shutter button; hole mic; microUSB port (around phones from the top).
If viewed from the front, passing the phone body is similar to the Xperia E who have side thinning at the top and bottom. But unique, Xperia L has a curvy body structure (when viewed from the side). Character design presented Xperia L practically identical to the Xperia J.

Like the character design of mid-end smartphone, the Xperia L design is also enlivened with silver trim around the body. Interestingly, at the bottom of the trim area LED Illumination effect, which will light up if there is incoming notification (missed call or a message). Just like the Xperia Miro and Xperia J.

Material coated matte back cover that makes it feel rough and not easily slippery. Unfortunately, to open the cover you require precision and patience. Because the sides are slightly thinner at both ends of the arch that covers the body has in order. You must gouging a hole in the left side of the body, and remove the top of the first new push it slightly downward to release the back cover.

On the inside, you'll find the SIM and microSD card slot. To menyeisipkan SIM card, you do not need to remove the battery. However, if you want to insert a micro SD memory card expansion, the battery must be removed first. Because, there is a microSD card slot position at the bottom of the SIM card slot.

Appropriate segmentation, screen Xperia L not only has a FWVGA resolution like 720p HD and full HD Xperia SP as Xperia Z. Even so, the display image or color that glows in the smartphone screen still looks clear and bright.Compared to some of the smartphone class, screen Xperia L actually more beautiful with a pixel density of 228 ppi reach.

In addition, although not supported by Gorilla Glass technology, but the screen is turned Xperia L is equipped with an anti-scratch coating tablets. Although quality standards, but the technology 'scratch resistant' has this phone can protect the LCD from scratches sharp objects.

The main screen also offers MultiPanel Xperia L that can be enhanced using the widget or shortcut the typical Android Jelly Bean. For Indonesia, the version is C2105 which supports quadband GSM and WCDMA 900/2100 MHz. About the speed of data access, 3.5G lines to offer this smartphone can not be doubted. Even so, supporters camera embedded feature quite capable. Even predicted fairly resilient for mobile photography. When PULSE menjajalnya for photos, results are quite good with the absorption of color and light fitting. So that the images can be maximized, you can experiment with the HDR feature, white balance and exposure.

  2. Despite having a FWVGA resolution, how does the Xperia L's display compare to higher-resolution models like Xperia SP, Xperia Z, or Xperia ZL in terms of image clarity and brightness?
